1. Mad Queen

Cersei Lanister goes insane and burns King's Landing with all the wildfire hidden under the city.

2. Sansa is pregnant

Sansa might be carrying the spawn of Ramsay Bolton.

3. Reverse Red Wedding

Lady Stoneheart might appear - and she'll be back to kill Walder frey perhaps.

4. R+L=J

Jon Snow's parentage will finally be confirmed.
